The ecological and artisan bakery Pan de mi Pueblo, located in Dílar (Granada) in the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada, combines a bakery family tradition with innovation and research by its promoters and workers, later incorporated.

With a recent history of just three years of life has managed to make a niche in the organic market in the area with organic bread that is made daily and is served eco shops, bakeries, restaurants, herbalists and nearby hotels. The raw material that we use is of the best quality and always looking for proximity, like our distribution that in the center of Granada is done by bike.

Our commitment to Sierra Nevada is clear from the start. Not only because we belong to it, our municipal district reaches Veleta, but because our town, Dílar, has managed to maintain itself as such against the rest of the Granada belt.

We regularly organize four-hour courses where we teach, small groups, to make their own bread at home, where the whole preparation process is done and other courses-visit where the final part of the cooking is shown.
