Artisanal and organic bakery.
The ecological and artisan bakery Pan de mi Pueblo, located in Dílar (Granada) in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, combines a family bakery tradition with the innovation and research of its promoters and workers, later incorporated.
With a recent history of only three years of life, it has managed to carve out a niche in the organic market in the area with organic bread that is made daily and served in nearby eco shops, bakeries, restaurants, herbalists and hotels. The raw material we use is of the best quality and we are always looking for proximity, just like our distribution in the center of Granada is done by bike.
Our commitment to Sierra Nevada is clear from the beginning. Not only because we belong to it, our municipal term reaches the Veleta, but because our town, Dílar, has known how to remain as such in front of the rest of the Granada belt.
We periodically organize four-hour courses where we teach small groups to make their own bread at home, where the entire production process is carried out, and other visit-courses where the final part of the cooking is shown.
