Rural hotel in Capileira.
The façade, built in stone, respects the typical constructions of the area as we are in a village considered a historic-artistic site. At the entrance we have an alfajía, which are the timbers that cross with the beams to form the framework of the roofs, typical of our mountain area, and type of construction which gives its name to the hotel.
The terrace, on the top floor of the hotel, has spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. From here it is possible to see, among other places, the Pico Veleta, the third highest peak in the Iberian Peninsula, or the beautiful Poqueira gorge. It is the ideal place to sit and admire the majesty of these mountains, to relax listening to the sounds of nature, to read a book or to enjoy a pleasant and relaxed conversation.
Our interior lounge, also located on the top floor of the hotel, has sofas, tables and a fireplace. It is a bright lounge, with large windows from which you can also admire the mountains and it is a space designed for resting on the coldest days when the weather does not allow to go out to enjoy our terrace.
At Alfajía de Antonio we are constantly seeking to improve our services and our facilities so that our clients' experience is as good as possible. For this reason we have recently carried out renovations both in our common areas at the entrance to the hotel and in the lounge and terrace that we have at the top of the hotel.
In the upstairs lounge, next to the terrace, we have renovated the lounge and put new equipment for our guests. We have placed three fridges, one of them for people to put their own food in and two others with a variety of drinks where guests can take what they want to drink on the terrace and write it down in a notebook there. There is also a kettle with a wide range of herbal teas and fresh fruit every day.
So, you can have a drink at very cheap prices on our terrace or in our lounge and relax without leaving the hotel. We have plates and cutlery available for our guests in case you want to take something to eat there.
We offer you our 12 rooms, fully equipped and organized in the three floors that make up our rural hotel in the Alpujarra, one room on the ground floor, five rooms on the first floor and six rooms on the second floor. In our hotel we do not accept pets in the rooms.
We want you to choose from all our rooms the one that best suits your needs in terms of space, beds and price.
